Notably, effective treatment of insomnia through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) has been shown to improve cardiovascular biomarkers, including blood pressure.
Another critical finding is that Shift Work Sleep Disorder (SWSD), affecting 15-20% of the U.S. workforce, poses a heightened cardiovascular risk.
