Singapore-based mental health startup Intellect has secured funding from Japan's Ricoh, known for its workforce solutions. The specific amount of the investment has not been disclosed. In a separate funding round earlier this year, Intellect also raised an undisclosed sum from IHH Healthcare.

Its offerings include self-guided programs, coaching, and clinical services, supplemented by a mobile self-care app, telehealth consultations, and in-person therapy sessions with certified professionals. Additionally, the company features a 24/7 employee assistance program designed to help employees address work-related mental health issues.
The startup collaborates with prominent companies such as Shell, Singtel, and Bytedance, and its technology is used by 4 million members across 120 countries in 100 languages. Theodoric Chew, co-founder and CEO of Intellect, remarked that Ricoh's expertise in workforce solutions will aid in extending mental health care to more organizations.
