The six organizations combined serve over 536,000 covered lives and have facilitated more than 90,000 appointments through Spring Health. David Cheung, Senior Benefits Vendor Manager at Koch, remarked that receiving the Pioneer Award underscores their commitment to leveraging technology for employee care, emphasizing the importance of quick access to appropriate mental health resources.

Cincinnati Children's Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Peter Adebi, noted that Spring Health has been critical in reshaping comprehensive workforce wellbeing and fostering collaboration for effective access to mental health services.

Nielsen’s Senior Director of Benefits & Wellbeing, Kelly Hallac, highlighted the partnership with Spring Health’s positive impact on engagement and clinical outcomes in addressing mental health issues like depression and anxiety.

Spring Health's Chief Product Officer, Gijo Mathew, acknowledged that these organizations identified where workplace mental health care faltered and collaborated with Spring Health to bridge those gaps, allowing for faster matching to appropriate care and measurable outcomes.

Founded in 2016 by April Koh and Adam Chekroud, Spring Health aims to connect individuals to personalized mental health care.
