Family-to-Family is a free, eight-session educational program designed for family members, friends, and significant others of adults facing mental health conditions. It covers various topics, including anxiety, depressive disorders, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder, as well as communication, problem-solving, treatment, and recovery strategies.
This evidence-based program aims to enhance understanding and advocacy skills while supporting participants in maintaining their own well-being. Classes will be led by trained family members who have personal experience with mental health conditions.
