Beloit Sky Carp Hosts Event to Support First Responder Mental Health

BELOIT, Wis. - On Sunday, September 27, the Beloit Sky Carp held the Fall Fest at the Ballpark from noon to 4 p.m. at ABC Supply Stadium, located at 217 Shirland Ave. The event aimed to raise funds for mental health initiatives benefiting first responders.

With an admission fee of $5, children aged 12 and under were granted free entry. Families enjoyed a variety of activities, including on-field games, live music from the Stevee Nix Band, an artisan market featuring over 60 vendors, face painting, and inflatables.

Additionally, attendees had the chance to connect with organizations focused on supporting the mental health and wellbeing of veterans and first responders. All proceeds from the event will benefit The Greg Lindmark Foundation, which is dedicated to promoting mental health among first responders.
