Attendees participated in eight sessions that covered a variety of relevant topics, including "Rooting in Community: Mapping Wraparound Support for Black Mental Health and Healing," "Mental Health and the Black Church," "Grieving as an Act of Liberation," "Black Women: Health and Wellness," "Self-Care for Caregivers," "The Impact of Domestic Violence," and "Promoting Wellness for Veterans."

The conference was made possible through partnerships with community organizations that contributed by offering expert-led sessions and facilitating discussions about mental health, healing, and wellness. The event emphasized the significance of culturally responsive approaches and the need for collective efforts to address mental health disparities and enhance the well-being of the Black community.
