In achieving this Gold-level status, Relias demonstrated its commitment to creating a supportive workplace that prioritizes mental health, resilience, and flexibility, in line with leading industry standards. Tina Krebs, Chief People Officer at Relias, emphasized that fostering employee well-being involves more than just medical benefits and salaries; it requires a strong cultural focus on mental health.
In the past 18 months, Relias has made significant enhancements to its workplace culture, such as expanding parental leave for all new parents to 10 weeks, which increases women's total leave to 14-16 weeks. The company also introduced extended phase-back leave for new parents, four weeks of paid caregiver leave, and a sabbatical program for long-serving employees. Furthermore, Relias offers robust mental health support, including 24/7 confidential counseling services, designated “mental health days,” and a flexible work environment to balance personal well-being with professional growth.
Kay Krafft, Chief Executive Officer of Relias, expressed pride in receiving this award, affirming their ongoing commitment to supporting employees and fostering an environment where everyone can thrive.
