In the past 18 months, Relias has made significant enhancements to its workplace culture, such as expanding parental leave for all new parents to 10 weeks, which increases women's total leave to 14-16 weeks. The company also introduced extended phase-back leave for new parents, four weeks of paid caregiver leave, and a sabbatical program for long-serving employees.
