Later, around three hours later, another group of juvenile patients broke into a medicine room and ingested controlled substances. During this incident, a second nurse, a staff member, and two Chandler police officers were also assaulted. Three juveniles involved in this assault were arrested, while four other patients required hospitalization for their substance ingestion. Chandler police indicated these minors may face charges for stealing the medications.
