A survey conducted among 2,300 women in Singapore indicates that only one in five younger women feel comfortable discussing mental health issues with their supervisors or human resources. The study, carried out by the PAP Women's Wing and NTUC Women and Family, aims to inform efforts for enhanced workplace support in areas such as mental health, caregiving, and menopause. The findings are expected to shape future initiatives addressing these concerns. Sabrina Ng reports.
