The company focuses on producing a range of protein-rich snacks, including both branded and private label options. The Beyond Resilience Protein Crunch Bar, which is now available in Walmart stores nationwide, is part of this launch, with plans for further retail expansion.

Angela Pernsteiner, founder and investor of SANY Nutrition Group, stated, “We are building SANY and Beyond Resilience for generations. Our goal is to combine the creativity and speed of a U.S. startup with generations of manufacturing experience and European technology to deliver consistent quality for our customers. Walmart and our online launch give consumers their first opportunity to experience what we have built, but this is only the beginning.”

Attendees at the ceremony included Jonesboro Mayor Harold Copenhaver and Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce CEO Mark Young, who praised the rapid progress of the project. SANY officials began acquiring and retrofitting the facility in late spring, completing the process in just over two months, which Young noted as the fastest close he has seen in over 30 years in the industry.

Copenhaver remarked, “What you’re seeing today is a masterpiece … our home is your home.” SANY plans to employ 150 workers over the next three years.

The initial product introduced to Walmart is the Beyond Resilience Protein Crunch Bar, featuring caramel and chocolate with 15 grams of protein per two 40g servings. Additionally, SANY will launch Crunch Pops, high-protein snacks available in flavors like chili & lime, caramelized corn, and nacho cheddar, each containing 16 grams of protein per 20-gram serving, later in October.

The Beyond Resilience line will also include products such as Prookies, Giant Clusters, Brittles, Fro-Bite, and Vitamin Splash, with the company projecting the production of 500 million bars and bites annually. Pernsteiner emphasized that this platform serves multiple markets and sets the stage for ongoing innovation and expansion in Jonesboro.
