Save Our Sons and Daughters SC Hosts Mental Health Awareness Event

Save Our Sons and Daughters SC is organizing a meet and greet event on Thursday to promote mental health awareness and suicide prevention in the community. The nonprofit, founded by Tessa Spencer after the loss of her son to mental health challenges, aims to foster dialogue on these issues to ensure no parent or child feels isolated in their struggles.

The event will take place from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Victor's on John Street in Charleston. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the organization's mission and discover ways to get involved.
