According to the World Health Organization, depression and anxiety lead to an estimated 12 billion lost working days globally each year, costing around $1 trillion in lost productivity. The sessions will be conducted at company offices and will incorporate elements such as sound healing, a mental health awareness presentation by a qualified professional, stress management tools, and group activities.

Participants will explore issues related to anxiety, depression, and burnout, learn how to identify signs of stress and understand when to seek help, and engage in practices such as breathwork, grounding, and setting boundaries. Each workshop is facilitated by a team comprised of a licensed mental health professional and a certified sound practitioner, with content tailored in collaboration with the client's HR team.
