Actor Han Jung-soo has revealed that he continues to struggle with insomnia, even after stopping his use of sleeping pills. On October 28, he shared a brief video on social media, titled "60-Second Monologue #Insomnia," in which he candidly addressed his sleep issues, stating, "I'm not clear-headed right now."

In the video, Han explained his past reliance on a medication called Trittico, which left him feeling groggy the following day. Despite having ceased his use of sleeping pills—a decision he described as a "miracle"—he has since started taking another medication to cope with his ongoing sleeplessness.

In 2023, Han revealed on Channel A's 'Dr. Oh's Golden Clinic' that he experienced a sleep disorder and panic symptoms following the unexpected death of his close friend, actor Kim Joo-hyuk. At that time, he expressed the severity of his insomnia, mentioning, "I can't sleep even if I stay awake for three or four nights," highlighting the deep sense of loss he felt.

The following year, Han faced further grief with the death of his younger sister, who had been ill. In his recent video update, he reiterated his struggle with sleep, indicating that despite halting the use of sleeping pills, he still faces challenges in achieving restful sleep.
