The poll reveals that 70% of employees report feeling stressed regarding global events, with 30% indicating they feel "very stressed," marking an 11 percentage point increase since 2024.

For caregivers, 95% emphasize that flexible scheduling is crucial for their mental health, while 86% find support groups or Employee Resource Groups to be important.

To address employee burnout and boost overall satisfaction, companies can implement comprehensive mental health benefits, ensure sufficient resources for managers, and provide training focused on facilitating mental health discussions.

This survey, conducted by Ipsos using the KnowledgePanel®, included responses from a nationally representative sample of 2,153 full-time adults aged 18 and older employed by companies with at least 100 employees. The margin of sampling error is plus or minus 2.3 percentage points at the 95% confidence level.
