The program features four concurrent conference stages—Big Ideas, Leadership, What Works, and AI @ Work—offering more than 75 sessions on diverse topics. Areas of discussion will include psychosocial safety, AI workplace redesign, executive leadership, diversity, equity and inclusion, financial wellbeing, mental health crisis care, and employee retention.
Among the confirmed speakers are notable figures from major companies, including Jo Keiko Terasawa from Google; Marie Boland, CEO of Safe Work Australia; Steven Worrall of Telstra; and Michelle Theophilou of Amazon, as well as Georgie Harman from Beyond Blue and Nicole Singh from Canva.
In addition to informative sessions, the event includes unique wellbeing activities such as a Therapy Dog Zone provided by Delta Therapy Dogs for participants to interact with trained animals, and a fun run through Darling Harbour on Day 2. A designated Wellbeing and Networking Zone will also allow attendees to recharge and engage in quieter conversations away from the event's busier areas.
The Mental Health & Wellbeing at Work Show is entirely free, aiming to increase accessibility for leaders across different industries and organization sizes. With limited spots available, attendees are encouraged to register early for the event.
