Mylo offers a range of products, including functional fresh meals (MyloMeals), a precise nutrient mix (MyloMix), and a probiotic formula (MyloBiome™). Recently, Mylo announced the results of a study with researchers from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Hong Kong Homeless Dog Shelter, which found that MyloBiome™ can inhibit 95% of harmful bacteria in dogs.

Additionally, Mylo is launching an extensive research program focused on canine longevity, supported by the former President of Royal Canin Asia Pacific, Sylvia Burbery, who joins as a board advisor. This initiative will create Asia's largest canine fecal microbiota database, aimed at improving health and longevity through early detection of illnesses like chronic kidney disease.

Mr. Kingson Kwan, developer of Mylo, emphasized the need for a paradigm shift in dog nutrition, comparing feeding dogs dry food to a poor diet in humans. He advocates for real food, saying, "Mylo's debut is to close the curtain on the age of dry food, and let dogs and cats enjoy real food, real nutrition."

Their study also explored the relationship between gut health and overall well-being, demonstrating that a balanced gut microbiome leads to better digestion, immunity, and reduced aging effects in dogs. Professor William Tai, MyloLab's Chief Scientific Officer, confirmed that the study results support the effectiveness of functional probiotics in promoting gut health.

Dr. Moran Tal-Gavriel, Chief Veterinary Nutrition Director, oversees the development of Mylo's formulations, ensuring they meet high standards of nutrition science. She commented on the brand's mission to focus on disease prevention through nutrition.

To strengthen its leadership and regional development, Mylo appointed Sylvia Burbery, whose experience in pet care and business development is expected to aid in market expansion across Asia-Pacific. Kwan expressed confidence in Burbery’s ability to enhance Mylo's growth and scientific endeavors in the region.

Mylo specializes in functional fresh food and longevity science, aiming to provide scientifically grounded nutrition options for pets. Their products are available through their website, mylo-pets.com.
