In San Diego, Plant Power Fast Food has been named the Best Vegan Fast-Food Restaurant for the fourth consecutive year, recognized for its popular menu items like the Western Burger and Iconic Fries. It was followed by Slutty Vegan and Mr. Charlie’s in second and third place, respectively.
Next Level Veggie Grill received the title of Best Vegan Fast-Casual Restaurant, offering classic American comfort food in a casual setting. Chloe’s and Native Foods took the second and third spots, with Winter Park Biscuit Co. being the editors’ pick.
Monster Vegan in Philadelphia won Best Casual Vegan Restaurant, featuring a quirky atmosphere filled with classic horror movie themes and a diverse menu that includes cheesesteaks and plant-based clams. Follow Your Heart Cafe and BeeWali’s Vegan AF were named runners-up.
For upscale dining, Crossroads Kitchen in Los Angeles and Las Vegas has maintained its reputation, winning Best Vegan Upscale Restaurant for over a decade. It was followed by Pura Vita and Anixi.
Doomie’s Home Cookin’ in Los Angeles was awarded Best Vegan Diner, succeeding after relocating due to redevelopment issues. The second and third places went to The Modern Vegan and The Tasty, respectively.
Boxcar Pizza in Portland earned the title of Best Vegan Pizzeria, praised for its creative toppings. Other nominees included Donna Jean and Double Zero.
In the deli category, Ben & Esther’s located in Portland and San Diego was recognized as the Best Vegan Deli, with Maciel’s and The Butcher’s Son as runners-up.
Pura Vita in West Hollywood was again recognized as Best Vegan Italian Restaurant for its authentic dishes, with Tarantino’s Vegan and Monster Vegan close behind.
Spicy Moon in New York was chosen as Best Vegan Asian Restaurant, known for its flavorful dishes and expansion plans. Chef Kenny’s Dim Sum and Alice & Friends followed.
Planta, with multiple locations, was selected as the Best Vegan Sushi Restaurant, and the editors’ choice went to Ma-Kin Sushi in Agoura Hills.
Souley Vegan in Oakland took home the Best Vegan Soul Food Restaurant award, showcasing its Southern-inspired cuisine. Dirty Lettuce and Soul Veg City were noted in second and third.
In the Latin category, Tacotarian was recognized for its extensive taco menu inspired by Mexican cuisine. Mis Tacones and Penelope’s Vegan Taqueria were recognized as well.
Cafe Gratitude was awarded Best Vegan Healthy Restaurant, while Donut Friend in Los Angeles secured Best Vegan Doughnut Shop for its creative offerings.
Like No Udder in Providence won Best Vegan Ice Cream Spot, and Vegan Treats in Bethlehem earned the title of Best Vegan Bakery.

Finally, Crossroads Kitchen was crowned Best Vegan Restaurant in America for its extensive and ambitious plant-based menu, securing its eighth consecutive award.
