INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Insomnia Cookies is set to host its eighth annual PJ Party on Tuesday, Sept. 15, providing a free warm Classic cookie to any customer who visits a bakery dressed in pajamas.

This nationwide event coincides with National PJ Party Night and will occur at all locations across the U.S. and Canada, primarily from 8 p.m. until closing time.

Over 170 campus bakeries will enhance their celebrations with activities such as prize wheels and giveaways, including koozies, totes, and stickers. A highlight of the event will be the “Dream Dorm Giveaway,” where one college student will win a year’s supply of free cookies, a Hatch Restore 3, bedding from Brooklinen and Lola Blankets, and an espresso machine.

To participate in the sweepstakes, students must visit an Insomnia Cookies location in pajamas on Sept. 15 and post a photo or video on Instagram or TikTok with their cookie, using the hashtag #InsomniaPJParty and tagging @insomniacookies. The contest runs from 8 p.m. on Sept. 15 until 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 16.

In addition to free cookies, several promotions will be available throughout the day:

- Customers can enjoy 25% off ice cream cups or pints in-store on Sept. 15.

- From now until Sept. 27, purchasing six Classic cookies in-store will earn customers two free cookies, while buying 12 through the Insomnia Cookies app will get them four free.

- Insomnia Rewards members will receive double points on all eligible purchases made on Sept. 15.

The PJ Party was initiated in 2019 and has evolved into a beloved fall tradition for the brand. Last year, Insomnia Cookies distributed approximately 67,000 cookies during this event.
